Customer Service Skills Training


This interactive module was designed during my time with MAXIMUS. The client needed to be able to provide a refresher training on basic customer services skills.  The target audience were former call center representatives, who were re-entering a customer facing position after some time away.


The project was created using the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and  Nikon D500 DSLR camera.
